I have time in my life to regularly enjoy at least one hobby or activity that I love. I enjoy doing this so much that I often will lose track of time.

When bad things happen, I don’t let myself dwell on the negative and do my best to look for the silver lining.

I believe I’m a pretty lucky person. Things usually go well for me in my life.

I spend time regularly on the phone or in-person with close friends and family.

I often make a point of listing what I’m grateful for (e.g. I keep a gratitude journal, or say a grateful prayer at the end of every day).

My spiritual life is important to me and is a core part of my life (e.g. I belong to and regularly spend time with a community of people who share my beliefs, or I pray/meditate frequently).

I engage in some form of exercise almost every day.

I like trying new things and having new experiences and adventures.

I eat mostly healthy foods like fish, whole grains, fruits and vegetables (give yourself a bonus point if you take a fish oil or omega-3 fatty acid supplement!).

I like to make a positive difference in the lives of others, and feel that in my own way I help make the world a better place.
